    Join the Texas Mustard Seeds (TMS) for a comprehensive baseball experience led by college-level coaching. Our Fall (Training Only) and Spring (Training and Competition) seasons offer structured practices and game opportunities that cater to all skill levels, set against the backdrop of Cotton Sports Ranch's premier facilities. All practices will be held at Cotton Sports Ranch in Katy, Texas.

meet the leadership

  • Cory brings a rare blend of elite playing and coaching experience to the program. A Sugar Land native, Cory was drafted in the 3rd round out of high school and later pitched at Baylor University, where he threw a no-hitter in his first collegiate start and helped lead his team to the College World Series. He went on to play 10 years of professional baseball, reaching AAA, competing in the Arizona Fall League Rising Stars Game, and winning multiple championships.

    After his playing career, Cory spent four years on staff at the University of Houston as the Director of Player Development and Assistant Pitching Coach, working alongside some of the most respected college coaches in the country. His knowledge of the game and ability to connect with players makes this a next-level coaching opportunity for serious athletes. See our Staff Section to read Cory’s full bio.

  • Jeremy has spent nearly two decades shaping the next generation of baseball talent. From his time coaching elite-level teams like Houston Heat to his work with Texas Twelve, Jeremy has helped develop multiple MLB Draft picks, including Ke’Bryan Hayes, Jordan Hicks, Kody Clemens, and Kendall George.

    His coaching philosophy is a balance of discipline, passion, and player-focused development, and his impact is evident in the testimonials of former players.   • No, this program is for people who are already homeschooling or are considering homeschooling education. We encourage you to choose your own academic solution.

  • Fall Training Program

    • Team/camp style practices will take place at Cotton Ranch three days per week for 10 weeks.  Each practice session will be two hours.

  • Spring Competition Program

    • Individual team and/or camp style practices will take place at Cotton Ranch two days per week for 14 weeks.

    • Game schedule for each formed roster will include approximately 30 games.

    • Options include forming multiple “even” talent based teams and/or traditional varsity and subvarsity structure.

  • 7th - 12th grade competition offered that are homeschooled and have their own academic solutions. Fall 2026 is HIGH SCHOOL ONLY.

    Baseball players only.

  • Twelve membership is NOT required.

  • Access to a first-class training facility, professional coaching, and guaranteed player development.

    Training gear is to be purchased for an additional charge.
